Usage policy
Terms and conditions of service
By registering an account, purchasing products, receiving KEYs or continuing to use any of SHOP's services, customers confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope of service
SHOP provides digital products and services, including but not limited to AI APIs, access KEYs, quotas, subscription plans and certain third-party digital products/services.
Some services may depend on upstream systems or providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI or others.
Unless SHOP explicitly states otherwise, the provision of a third-party model or product does not imply that SHOP is an official representative, partner or sponsored by that supplier.
2. Quality and availability
SHOP strives to provide services with the best speed and stability within its operating capabilities.
However, customers understand that AI and API services may depend on network infrastructure, servers, upstream providers or third-party systems.
Therefore it may happen:
- latency;
- speed limit;
- temporary overload;
- temporary shutdown model;
- model change;
- maintenance;
- disruption beyond SHOP's reasonable control.
In particular, free plans are not guaranteed SLA, speed or continuous availability and may be more severely limited during peak hours.
SHOP reserves the right to adjust processing routes, upstream suppliers, rate limits or technical mechanisms as necessary to ensure system safety and stability.
3. Price and cost calculation
The cost of using each model is calculated according to the price list displayed or published by SHOP at the time the request arises.
Price may depend on:
- model;
- input/output token;
- cache;
- images, video or audio;
- service group;
- upstream suppliers;
- promotional programs;
- SHOP's operating costs and routing mechanism.
SHOP does not commit that the selling price is always equal to the model developer's direct listing price.
SHOP reserves the right to update prices for future uses. A price change does not change the cost of usage recorded before the new price takes effect, except to correct obvious display or calculation errors.
4. Payment
Customers select products and make payment through supported SHOP methods, including bank transfer and/or PayOS payment gateway.
A transaction is only considered completed when the SHOP system or payment unit confirms successful payment.
SHOP has the right to temporarily hold product delivery for verification in case the transaction shows signs of:
- cheat;
- duplicate payments;
- Unusual refunds;
- wrong transaction content;
- using illegal funds;
- or there are signs of security risks.
5. KEY and usage rights
KEY is issued by SHOP through the following system when the customer:
- complete a valid transaction; or
- Receive free products validly issued by SHOP.
The KEY is used to authenticate access rights, look up quotas, usage levels, and use services for which the KEY is authorized.
KEYs created, issued or used by methods not authorized by SHOP may be voided.
SHOP has the right to lock the KEY and/or account when there are reasonable grounds to believe that there is fraud, illegal exploitation, abuse or danger to the system.
6. KEY protection
Customers are responsible for securing their KEYs and should not make them publicly available on GitHub, websites, forums or places where others can access them.
If the KEY is leaked, SHOP can assist in exchanging or rolling a new KEY.
Changing the KEY does not restore the quota or balance that was validly used before the old KEY was locked, even if the use arose due to the customer accidentally revealing the KEY, unless the error is determined in the SHOP system.
Customers should notify SHOP immediately when they discover that the KEY is potentially exposed.
7. Prohibited acts
Customers may not:
- intervene or intentionally change the price/quota calculation mechanism;
- exploit bugs to get more quota, money or access;
- automatically create a series of accounts to abuse the free package;
- Circumvent account, device, IP restrictions or anti-fraud measures;
- attack, DDoS, flood, spam or intentionally create an abnormal number of requests;
- Scan for vulnerabilities affecting the system;
- using a KEY that is not validly issued;
- Unauthorized access to another person's account, KEY or data;
- Use the service for illegal activities.
SHOP reserves the right to use legal anti-fraud measures, including limiting accounts, KEYs, IPs, access sessions or device technical identifiers.
When detecting serious signs, SHOP has the right to temporarily lock it immediately to prevent damage before completing the verification process.
8. Handling violations
Depending on the level of violation, SHOP may:
- warning;
- speed limit;
- temporarily lock KEY;
- revoke access rights;
- account lock;
- disable the right to receive free packages;
- block accounts or identities that have reasonable grounds for being directly involved in abusive behavior;
- or take other legal measures necessary to protect the system.
Permanent blocking should only be applied when there are grounds for serious violations, fraud, willful abuse or repeat violations.
Quotas, incentives or benefits obtained directly from fraud may be revoked.
9. Control data
In case of a dispute regarding quota, balance or usage, SHOP will compare based on relevant data sources such as:
- transaction history;
- data from PayOS/bank;
- request generation log;
- request time;
- model used;
- token or corresponding unit of measure;
- quota log;
- system response status.
System logs are considered an important source of technical evidence for cross-checking, unless there is evidence that the logs are erroneous, corrupted, or tampered with.
10. Third Party Services
Some products or services depend on third party providers.
That provider may change:
- policy;
- limit;
- price;
- model; model;
- function;
- censorship mechanism;
- or stop providing services.
SHOP does not have complete control over these changes.
When the problem comes from a third party, SHOP will handle it according to the respective product's policy and within the scope of SHOP's ability to intervene.
Customers are responsible for complying with the applicable terms of third-party providers when using their services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SHOP is not responsible for damages arising from:
- Customer discloses KEY or login information;
- Customers use the service for the wrong purpose;
- violation of the Terms;
- customer equipment or network failure;
- upstream supplier failures;
- change third party policies;
- events that are force majeure or beyond SHOP's reasonable control.
SHOP does not guarantee that the content generated by the AI model is always accurate, complete or suitable for all purposes.
Customers are responsible for evaluating AI output before using it for important decisions.
All limitations of liability in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude responsibilities that SHOP is required to perform by law.
12. Changes to Terms
SHOP may update the Terms to:
- additional features;
- product changes;
- enhanced security;
- prevent abuse;
- Respond to changes from suppliers;
- or comply with the law.
The new version takes effect from the date of publication or the effective date stated on the Terms.
For important changes that directly affect customers' rights, SHOP will make appropriate notifications when required by law or the nature of the change.
Customer's continued use of the service after the new Terms take effect is considered acceptance of the new version, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Dispute resolution
When there is a dispute, the two sides prioritize resolution through data comparison and good faith negotiation.
If it cannot be resolved by negotiation, the dispute will be handled in accordance with Vietnamese law and competent authorities.
